The University of Illinois is a big ten school with rich history of achievement and innovation. With 23 Nobel laureates and 23 Pulitzer prizewinners among their alumni, they have an incredible story to tell. They also boast alumni who are shaping modern culture, like the inventors of YouTube, PayPal and other notable innovations. GMG was asked to develop a campaign theme — one big enough to ripple through all possible touchpoints with their audience. “The Power of I” perfectly balances the proud history, cutting edge breakthroughs, as well as the talent and tenacity of each individual student.
