Step Into My Shoes is a branded church curriculum experience that Grey Matter Group helped develop to give families in the West a deeper understanding of life in extreme poverty by inviting them to step into the shoes of others. The curriculum featured interactive activities such as walking for clean water, a Ugandan market experience, and making a soccer ball out of plastic bags and twine, all designed to teach families what it means to live on enough and help others in need. The toolkit included a curated set of resources such as activity cards, devotionals, a journey map, video content, and a unique handcrafted bracelet made by artisans from the communities represented. Adopted by families and churches nationwide, Step Into My Shoes was later selected by Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) as part of its Group Experience Kits for leaders and became a preferred advocacy resource for the Christian Alliance for Orphans.
