Parkland Properties acquired the historic Union High School and enlisted our expertise to transform it into a premier lifestyle destination. We rebranded it as Union Square, infusing the brand with a vibrant, casual personality. Our comprehensive media campaign included identity creation, website development, a view book, outdoor and print advertising, direct mail, email marketing, apparel design, environmental graphics, and even a clever guerrilla marketing piece disguised as a drink coaster. The result? It sold out so quickly, the client added on new penthouses to meet demand. In fact, the client sold 460 urban condos — over $80 million worth — in a depressed economy, making them Michigan’s best-selling developer of the year. A great case for the one-two punch of killer creative and smart marketing tactics.
